A National Achievement, something of consequence to a free people with a commitment to The Wonders of Science. Look at that picture up there, that is the very definition of money well spent despite congress' decades long commitment to short funding NASA.
If someone wants to do something for The Country, spurn productivity, keep the USA pressing the frontiers of science a little bit more funding for NASA might be a good start...
