from the USS Theodore Roosevelt, having been relieved of command following the publication of a letter wherein he requested of The Brass that his covid-19 wracked crew be humanely quarantined on shore. These are good sailors celebrating a good CO who put his career on the line for his crew, but in a larger more ominous sense, the crew of the USS Theodore Roosevelt are rendering a loud vote of "No Confidence" in the current civilian leadership at the Pentagon and more than a few of their superior officers as well.
That bares watching, and if I was the GOP I'd stop pretending I'm the best pal ever of our men and women in uniform...the USS Theodore Roosevelt sez otherwise.
